"After being insured by another company for over 30 years, we finally threw in the towel on the constant premium increases (no accidents or claims) and decided to go with State Farm. We chose Ann Bishoff Price's agency because we wanted a local office and met with Nancy Smith. Nancy has been friendly and professional, taking the time to patiently explain whenever we have a question about our coverage. No situation has been too complicated, even when we moved and needed overlapping coverage on two locations temporarily. This kind of service gives customers peace of mind and earns our loyalty. As for State Farm, we have not had a claim but when we did need road service, they kept us updated while we waited as well as checking on us after the tow service was completed. I highly recommend State Farm and Ann Bishoff Price's office."

"I have been a client of Ann and her team for over 20 years. This is my first review and I'm writing it of my own choice. In the time I’ve been with Ann, other than the standard roof storm damage over 10 years ago and our eldest’s first accident as soon as he got his license (a familiar story to many, I’m sure), we’ve never had a major claim. In 2024, we encountered a number of challenges, from car accidents to a major sewage flood destroying a third of our home just before Christmas in 2024. This is the absolute worst time of year to have a claim because everyone was on vacation, except the team at Ann Price-Bishoff’s office. When the incident occurred, we immediately contacted Denita Richardson, our local Claims Agent at Ann’s office, and she sprung into action. She was responsive and supportive to every call, email, and text, tracking down our Adjuster, ensuring things were moving forward, and being helpfully communicative on an almost daily basis. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Also, a special shout out to our Adjuster, Chris Stombaugh, who has been wonderful to work with. And our sales / office manager Joyce Archer, who always ensures our coverage is thorough, complete, and current. Look, there is a lot of negativity being aimed at insurance companies these days, and frankly, some of it is definitely warranted. My experience with the Ann Price-Bishoff team has, and continues to, defy all of that. If you want a team you can trust, who actually cares about you and helps, this is the team."

"Reporting an exceptional experience with Customer Service Representative, Beth Pritchard with Ann Bischoff Price, State Farm Insurance, Duluth, Georgia. After having my 20-year-old asphalt roof replaced with new architectural shingles, Beth helped me with my contractor documentation so that I could receive a discount on my homeowners insurance. Additionally, after my recent accident, she assisted me in suspending my present policy until I find a replacement vehicle, thereby saving the yada yada of writing a new policy.
